Refund Policy

At Nouahltd, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness to both parties.

Full Refund (Within 30 Days):
If you cancel our services within 30 days of making the payment, you are eligible for a full refund. No questions asked.

Partial Refund (After 30 Days):
If you decide to cancel our services after 30 days, a refund will be issued based on the actual working hours invested in your project up to the cancellation date. The remaining balance will be credited back to your original payment account within 30 days.

Service Renewal Cancellations:
To avoid being charged for service renewals, please submit a cancellation request at least 10 days before the start of the next billing cycle. Cancellations made within this period will not incur any additional charges.

Cancellations During an Active Billing Cycle:
If you cancel services after the billing cycle has commenced, you will be billed for the working hours spent on your project during that month. This amount must be settled in full.

Obligation for Unused Services:
If you sign up for our services but do not utilize them, you are still required to fulfill the payment obligations as agreed upon.

Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation and credited to the account from which the original payment was made.
